Ltd. or its licensed authors (including Ville Männistö, Ulf Ekman, Rev. Matts-Ola Ishole, Ankit Sajwan, Sten Nilssion, and Carl-Gustaf Severin).

• No part of our printed books or digital publications may be reproduced, distributed, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form without prior written authorization.

• Inquiry Submission: Submitting an order inquiry form does not constitute a binding transaction until pricing, shipping costs, and payment options are confirmed by our representative.
• Prices & Currency: Listed prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are subject to change without prior notice based on printing costs and edition revisions.
• Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Special discount terms apply for orders of 25+ copies placed by churches, pastoral organizations, schools, or bookshops.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our primary distribution hub in Kolkata (West Bengal):

• Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 7 business days within India, depending on regional courier accessibility.
• Living Word Publications is not liable for delay caused by natural disasters, transport strikes, or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the educational and religious nature of published books, returns are only accepted in cases where physical damage or binding defect occurs prior to delivery. Defective copies must be reported to info@livingwordpublications.in within 48 hours of receipt for immediate replacement.
